Industrial Facilities and Coating Technologies

Industrial facilities are coating systems applicable in the metal, electronics, household appliances, defense, automotive, wood, aluminium, white goods and advertising sectors. Before applying coating, surface cleaning must be carried out step by step. Once these applications are performed in sequence, the resulting coating will be trouble-free and long-lasting. Should the process require powder coating, after degreasing in spray cleaning or immersion cleaning lines and after Fe phosphate or Zn phosphate coating, the surface will have reached the cleanliness required for powder coating. Thus, the surface to be coated will not corrode and will be long-lasting. The foundation of coating is the excellent application of surface cleaning to products made of metal, automotive, defense, electronics, household appliances and wood. A product with well-executed surface cleaning is also easier to coat. What matters is ensuring the surface of the material to be coated is smooth and clean. If oil on the substrate material is not cleaned, coating cannot be applied.

Wet Paint Coating Facilities

Wet paint facilities are manufactured in various configurations. They are produced both with filtered design and water curtain design. In these booths, positive pressure can be applied to perform both painting and drying, while painting only can also be performed at desired temperature values. Of course, in such cases, flash-off and drying ovens are also required separately. This arrangement is suitable for high-capacity locations. Wet paint application facilities are manufactured in automatic and manual systems according to customer requirements and material specifications. Wet paint facilities serve the furniture, automotive, white goods, plastics, advertising and similar sectors. To ensure trouble-free coating of the product, good surface cleaning increases product quality.

Powder Coating Facilities

Powder coating facilities are manufactured in tunnel, U-turn or box type configurations in automatic and manual versions. When manufacturing powder coating facilities, customer capacity requirements are identified and manufacturing designs are prepared after appropriate calculations are made according to this capacity. What matters is ensuring the facility reaches regime at the right time and maintaining homogeneous air distribution everywhere. In powder coating facilities, chain or web-type conveyors are used and operating speed is calculated in m/min according to desired capacity. This calculated value indicates how many parts will be produced in one working day.
