Sözer Makina employs a six-stage framework to determine the correct machines and production systems for your product.

As the first stage, we must answer the following 5 questions:

1. What are the raw material forms to be mixed? (Liquid or powder) 2. Is dispersion (comminution) required in your process? 3. What is the viscosity of the finished product (cPS Centipoise)? 4. What is the specific gravity of the finished product (g/cm³)? 5. What is the desired mixer capacity (litre or m³)? Once these questions are correctly answered, the first stage for appropriate machine selection is successfully completed. In the second stage, the options within the machines themselves are determined based on the product to be manufactured. Every machine we produce has numerous optional features built in. These options affect factors such as reducing production time or achieving more efficient results. Therefore, when selecting these options, experience and acquired knowledge are important. As the third stage, site surveys and observations are conducted at the location where the machines will be installed. The suitability of the site for the machines is assessed. Sometimes incompatibilities can arise due to various characteristics of the selected machines, and sometimes due to site conditions. Therefore, site survey is very important. In such cases, design modifications or structural changes at the site can be made if necessary. By the fourth stage, the general outline of the picture has begun to become clear. At this point, decisions are made on how raw materials will be fed to the machines, which transfer devices will be used to store the finished products from the machines or how they will be transferred to the filling (dosing) line. These operations can be carried out manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically depending on the structure of your project.     In the fifth stage, auxiliary equipment is determined. For example, if your project has a semi-automatic or fully automatic structure, transfer devices can be selected based on your recipe system or dosing automation. When we reach the sixth and final stage, all details are engineered in a virtual environment with our experienced engineers and technical team, and all processes are created from A to Z in a computer environment using our 3D-supported software. The site suitability of the entire system is checked. The project is run in the virtual environment and required checks are performed. This stage actually forms the heart of the work. After proceeding through all these stages one by one, following customer approval, we move to the production phase. In our 74-year history at Sözer Makina, we have never made distinctions between small or large projects. Our team has worked with the same precision and care for both a small machine we installed in Elazığ and a fully automatic large facility we installed in Switzerland.
