Air-Operated Diaphragm Pumps (AODP) are widely used today for transfer, circulation and dosing applications of a broad range of fluids, from pure acids, treatment and ceramic slurries, chemical solutions, oils, fuels, solvents, alcohols and derivatives, to food and pharmaceutical raw materials, as well as in spray gun feed applications for paint coating. Positive displacement air-operated diaphragm pumps are increasingly preferred due to their simple and reliable design, ease of use and maintenance, and low capital and operating costs.

General Features:

Graco Husky Air-Operated Diaphragm Pumps have a suction depth of approximately 5.5 m when dry and 9 m with liquid, with a maximum liquid discharge pressure of 8.4 bar. Pump models have a wide product range from ¼"– 19 l/min to 3"– 1130 l/min depending on inlet-outlet and capacity characteristics.

Material alternatives in contact with fluid:

• Housing: 316 Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Cast Iron, Polypropylene, Acetal, PVDF, PTFE, PE. • Internal components: Teflon, Viton, Santopren, Hitrel, NBR, Geolast.
