These products are Cubis® model scales, the first laboratory balance with a completely modular design. Since their introduction in 2009, our Cubis® Premium Laboratory Scales have become a reference point for use in areas with the highest requirements, such as pharmaceutical laboratories. Our Cubis® model scales allow you to make need-specific selections from the display and control unit, weighing module, data interface and many more features. In this way, the scale provides the ability to configure as desired by selecting from the widest range of available options. The scales offer users the ability to download the desired application from ready-made applications (Q-Apps). Once the application is loaded onto the scale, it guides the user step by step throughout the selected weighing process. In this way, the scales provide users with easy tracking and control of the entire application through formulation, contamination (particle) analysis, dosing, pipette calibration, barcode reading application and many other similar applications. Moreover, Sartorius enables its users to create step-by-step processes used in production or the laboratory and transfer them remotely to a computer. Cubis® is the first laboratory balance that automatically checks whether the scale is in equilibrium. It is also the first laboratory balance that applies and documents its own procedure. All you need to do is press a button or enable the isoCAL function automatically. In this way, the Cubis® scale will automatically level itself. The Task and User Management function allows you to assign tasks and user rights. As a result, this prevents accidental changes to scale settings in terms of traceability. SQmin (Minimum Weighing Amount)

During a weighing process, Cubis® monitors whether the starting point of weighing complies with USP requirements. When Cubis® determines the starting point of a working range, it alerts you when a value falls below this lowest point and checks whether the recorded or transferred value is acceptable according to the SQmin value.

Repeatability: reproTEST (User Repeatability Test)

Cubis® enables you to correctly determine the standard deviation in the environment where your scale is installed, so you can control the repeatability of your weighing results; all you need to do is touch a button. This convenient reproTEST feature allows you to quickly determine whether the scale environment is suitable, enabling you to obtain safe and optimal measurements. Cubis® scales have, as an option, a Web service communication platform. With this standard communication technology, external software systems such as LIMS, ELN etc. can display and use information, input fields, menus or complex operations on the scale's touchscreen. Bidirectional data transfer can be created without installation requirements. This feature eliminates the need to keep computers or terminals near the scale.
