The Baykon BP scale is designed for wet, hygienic and corrosive areas and complies with GMP and HACCP production standards. In areas requiring frequent cleaning and presenting hygiene and contamination risks, the integrated pneumatic lifting piston and shield platform top cover enable easy and precise cleaning. The Baykon BP scale platform features a full stainless steel construction and load cells with IP68 protection class. Depending on conditions of use, it can be installed either recessed or above ground. For above-ground use, the low platform design provides easy and ergonomic operation. BP scales comply with OIML standards and are manufactured in accordance with European Regulation 2014/31/EU on non-automatic weighing instruments, approved at 2 × 3000.
