Baykim Kimya Ltd. Şti., which began operations in 2005, continues its development both domestically and internationally as one of the leaders in the chemical sector through its products. The company entered the sector with detergent production, and in a short time expanded its product range to produce more than fifty varieties of textile auxiliaries, combining both standard products and production capabilities tailored to customers' specific needs. The products within our facility are manufactured as a result of our R&D and production efforts. In addition to development and design, tasks such as increasing production efficiency and productivity, developing new production techniques, and finding solutions to technical problems in process stages affecting product quality are carried out in collaboration with other units within the company and by its specialist staff. At the same time, our company continuously increases its market share through innovation, customer focus and high service quality. This enables us to meet changing customer needs and demands in today's competitive and constantly evolving markets. The company, which exports 15% of its production capacity, commissioned its second factory in Egypt in 2016. Since its establishment year, our company has been one of the leaders in the chemical sector, exporting to 6 countries across 3 continents and has become a preferred manufacturing company worldwide through its quality and price advantage, dynamic and customer-focused service policy. In this context, our company serves its customers with production capacity of 1,500 MT/year and 30 personnel through its facilities.

Some of the product groups we have developed:

1. Various enzymes: Using bioactive enzyme raw materials that are fermentation products, our company prepares formulations in both liquid and powder forms ready for use. 2. Emulsions: Various softeners and silicones are produced with optimum ratios through special emulsifiers in aqueous solutions ready for use. 3. Various bleaching agents: Our company, which has started production of mixtures of powder and liquid in various forms with purpose-specific special formulations, has become a leading organization providing intermediate goods to the denim sector. Tests, trials and analyses conducted for the dissemination of accumulated technical knowledge are maintained in a common central system. At the same time, knowledge accumulated through project work and scientific approach principles are archived and training is provided to our personnel to transfer this knowledge and experience. Additionally, regular monitoring of technological applications is carried out with the aim of providing accumulated knowledge for conducting future new product development work. In this context; evaluations resulting from customer trials are taken into consideration in evaluating tests conducted within the company on the same or similar subjects, and the resulting products and accumulated knowledge are integrated into our organization through stages created by the R&D procedure such as instruction creation, recipe recording, production process creation, and production card creation. Solutions to be developed with technical support regarding potential problems are transferred to the knowledge base through reports created by the R&D procedure, a troubleshooting table is prepared in accordance with the R&D procedure, and documents supporting sales are created.
