Mixers

Mixer machines are high-speed mixers/dispersers designed for a wide viscosity range and for all types of mixing and pre-dispersion/dispersion processes of solids in liquids. Mixers are also designed for mixing non-foaming products at high speeds (50-1500 rpm speed control). Homogeneous mixing of liquid products with powders is ensured. Mobile tank models are manufactured up to 50-1000 liters, fixed tank models above 1000 liters. Optional pneumatic moving lid systems can be applied for mixing at different levels.

Wall Mixers:

Pigments and resins are brought to liquid state with appropriate solvents in the shortest time. Specially designed according to vertical column configuration. The mixing shaft moves vertically safely and smoothly according to the balance weight and valve seat system. All these features move together with the wheel.

Paint Mixers:

Mixers are designed for high-speed mixing (50-1500 rpm) of non-foaming products. Speed adjustment in paint mixers can be controlled using an inverter.

Paste Mixers:

A multi-purpose mixer designed for various mixing operations in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and similar industries. Dimensions and/or power can vary according to the characteristics of the product to be mixed.

Laboratory Mixers:

Continuous speed and time display on digital screen. Thanks to advanced PID control technology, speed remains constant despite changes in product viscosity. Manufactured from a smooth up-down mechanism without vibration. Interchangeable mixer heads such as propeller rotors are made of stainless steel. Manufactured with safety measures in CE standards. Very quiet. Best results are achieved with the dimensions shown in the diagram alongside. The disk peripheral speed should reach 18-22 m/s. Shaft speed is displayed on the digital screen. After raw materials are mixed, shaft speed should be increased until no material remains on the vessel wall and mixer disk.

Basket Mill

Widely used in processing low and semi-viscous products, particularly paints, varnishes, pigment pastes, inks and cosmetics within low and medium viscosity ranges, in applications where wet grinding and milling are required. In this machine where dispersion and milling occur together, the role of grinding beads inside the grinding basket is significant. By performing both dispersion and milling with a single machine, it provides time and material savings. It is an effective machine type in reducing solid particle size in liquid to a minimum ratio through milling. The superior wet grinding basket is designed to ensure high-level milling of the product and dense passage of product circulation through the basket. High-efficiency product passage is achieved through a pump-like propeller located beneath the grinding basket and contributing to dispersion, enabling completion of the operation effectively in a short time. Heat control is effectively provided through cooling in both the grinding basket reservoir and the tank wall. All wet surfaces are manufactured from stainless steel material. Cleaning of the grinding basket and grinding beads, another important element, is carried out very easily by running them in the product's solvent. Note: When using low-viscosity products, lower the grinding basket gradually. Product leaking from the grinding basket is absorbed into the grinding medium during the grinding process and circulates. When starting the basket mill, ensure the grinding basket is immersed in the product. In immersed condition, the product level in the tank must reach minimum filling level. Do not allow the machine to run before reaching minimum quantity. Avoid dry running of the grinding disk as wear will occur due to overloading.   Şakir Şentürk General Manager Atılım Makina
