Leak-Proof Pumps
The birth of King Pompa began when Faruk, our founder and engineer, first encountered rotodynamic pumps in 1964. His decision to focus on positive displacement pumps started with initial trial production in 1977.
Over the years, our pump series have been completely redesigned to better meet the needs of the chemical industry. Particularly with regard to absolute leak-tightness, we enhanced our pumps with advanced engineering through magnetic coupling technology, for which we received specialized training in Germany.
Indeed, magnetic coupling pumps represent the most advanced leak-tightness technology available for pumps with rotating shaft motion. Since 2007, we have successfully manufactured these pumps that users have long desired – pumps that never leak and do not require expensive sealing materials.
In summary, a pump with a "magnetic sealed system" has absolutely no risk of leakage. Particularly for the safe and reliable pumping of fluids such as nitrocellulose, white spirit, xylene, toluene diisocyanate and similar substances, it is proven reliable technology. There is no risk of wear in the system.
Since there is no friction or mechanical contact, and there is no contact with air, the structure of the pumped fluid remains unaltered. For example, isocyanate will not crystallize. In a pump with a magnetic sealed system, leakage cannot occur, because the system has no parts that would cause leakage or malfunction.
Indeed, our magnetic pumps operating leak-free since 2007 clearly confirm this advanced technology in practice.
Where Are Magnetic System Pumps Used?
It is particularly the ideal method against dangerous leakage. • In flammable and combustible fluids, • In toxic and health-hazardous fluids, • In expensive fluids, • In explosive fluids, • In fluids where leak-tightness is difficult or expensive to prevent through various sealing materials, • In fluids that should not contact air, • In locations where labor and maintenance costs are very high and sealing material replacement is undesirable, • In locations where leak cleanup is difficult and costly, it is a system that satisfies users.
