A system designed to prevent granule flow problems beneath the grids, allowing the transported tonnage of the grit conveying system to be adjusted as needed. A standard system includes recycling bunkers, floor grids, and a drum motor for each belt movement. The Alfatechnic conveyor system, with minimum downtime coefficient, is a recycling system that reduces costs in blast cleaning facilities. A system that separates granule-dust mixtures and foreign materials from each other. Alfatechnic Separator is designed with rotating or flat screens. Through these screens, large particles are discharged from the system, while dust and granules are separated from each other by flaps and dust is removed from the system. Clean granule is accumulated in the Alfatechnic stock silo. It includes an air-washer that cleans the abrasive.2. Alfatechnic Pneumatic Granule Recycling
The main objective of Alfatechnic pneumatic granule recycling system is to recover abrasive material accumulating on the floor. The system is used for granule recycling, storage, conveying and cleaning of existing granule needs. It is a specially designed system with low cost, efficiency and low maintenance cost. A6 pneumatic granule recycling systems meet all expectations with recovery capacity of up to 10 tons per hour from an average distance of 60-70 metres depending on material, and compact, solid and mobile design for the most demanding environments. The vacuum recovery system design is based on pneumatic conveying system. It uses high-speed air flow to collect all abrasive materials with a wear-resistant suction hose and transfers the collected granule to a cyclone silo. After separation of unusable granule and other foreign materials in the system, usable granule is conveyed to the blast cleaning tank. In granule recycling systems, quality material, quality workmanship and most importantly correct engineering are critical to the system's lifetime.
