3-Component Cast Polyurethane Systems

Three-Component Cast Polyurethane Systems Veser Kimyevi Maddeler A.Ş. has been serving as distributor of cast polyurethane raw materials from Chinese manufacturer Wanhua Chemicals since the beginning of 2021. Over nearly two years of this distribution period, we have supplied Turkish manufacturers with prepolymers of the types TDI Ester, TDI Ether PTMEG, TDI Caprolactone, MDI Ester and MDI Ether PTMEG. We have achieved approximately 100% customer satisfaction across all products we sell and have become one of the most important suppliers in the market. While we have consistently supplied only two-component raw material systems until now and have achieved good success in this area, we are continuously making plans for the future. As a result of technical collaboration with Wanhua Chemicals, our raw material supplier, we will now begin offering three-component cast polyurethane raw materials to manufacturers in our country. These three-component systems, whose technical values can be seen in the tables, will enable the production of many different products in various hardnesses using only three components. Our products, which offer processing advantages particularly in pot life and viscosity compared to equivalent products on the market, will also bring advantages of extended service life and high durability to end users, particularly in terms of wear resistance. These two systems, which enable the production of many different products such as pigging spheres used in the cleaning of oil pipelines, conveyor belt scrapers, snow plough blade rubbers, impact-absorbing rollers used on the underside of conveyor belts, protective linings for mud pumps, and high-performance wheels and rolls, will create significant advantages for companies with broad product portfolios. Veser, which accepts a good product-good service approach to specialized chemicals for its customers as its primary mission, continues research work on different products and additives for use in the cast polyurethane sector.
