Chemical industry continues to break export records

April was a busy month for the chemical industry with events; the "İKMİB Export Stars Awards Ceremony" and "Chemical Substances and Products R&D Project Market" were held with keen industry participation. The Chemical Industry, one of Turkey's locomotive sectors, achieved USD 17.4 billion in exports in 2018, providing significant added value for our country. We hope that our 2019 export figures will rise further with success, and we will convey this achievement to you valued readers through our magazine. In this issue, we conducted a pleasant interview with Halil Kuzucu, Regional Business Manager for Turkey, Italy, Greece and Middle East at UnivarSolutions.
