As severe weather events become increasingly unpredictable due to the climate crisis, early warning systems grow more critical. Allianz Türkiye informs customers of potential risks through HaberAll, its digital early warning service, approximately 60 minutes in advance, sharing preventive measures for homes, businesses and vehicles.
Under a system developed in collaboration with iklim.co, Allianz Türkiye sent approximately 1.5 million mobile notifications and around 1 million SMS alerts to customers in 2025 against storms, lightning and similar severe weather events, contributing to measures taken before risks materialize.
Proactive risk management using meteorological data
The HaberAll system analyzes meteorological data to identify risky weather events in advance. Allianz customers living in regions where adverse weather conditions are expected receive SMS and mobile app notifications approximately 60 minutes ahead of time.
Users are informed before weather events such as hail, storms, extreme rainfall, lightning and severe wind, while also being directed to measures available through Allianz's digital platforms.

A solution developed through internal innovation
HaberAll was developed under Allianz Türkiye's internal entrepreneurship and innovation program. The project, implemented by employees in collaboration with iklim.co, stands as an example of the company's open innovation approach.
"Taking action before risk materializes is possible"
Fahri Kaan Toker, Deputy General Manager of Operations at Allianz Türkiye, commented on the system's approach:
"We are experiencing the effects of the climate crisis with increasing intensity. In insurance, taking action not only at the time of loss but also before risk materializes is of great importance. With HaberAll, we reach our customers approximately 60 minutes in advance, enabling them to take simple but effective measures. This way, we contribute to reducing both financial losses and negative impacts on daily life."
Toker also noted that HaberAll reaching millions of users as a result of the company's internal innovation approach demonstrates the success of the open innovation model.
