W. R. MEADOWS Acquires Gemite Products

W. R. MEADOWS, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Gemite Products, Inc., based in Mississauga. Glenn Tench, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at W. R. MEADOWS, stated: "The acquisition completes W. R. MEADOWS' comprehensive waterproofing and restoration portfolio. W. R. MEADOWS has continued to serve as the exclusive distributor for Canada and the United States beyond the East Coast region of Gemite Products, Inc. for over 20 years. W. R. Gemite Products, Inc., based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is a manufacturer of advanced technologies founded over 30 years ago by Dr. Igor Nikolajev. The late Dr. Ivan Razl served as Technical Director of Gemite. The partners developed a broad series of composite waterproofing and restoration products designed to protect concrete structures worldwide in the most challenging environments.
