Pacific Avenue Acquires Resin Product Lines Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Los Angeles, announced that it has signed an agreement to establish Resin Solutions LLC and acquire three product lines developed by Cray Valley, TotalEnergies' resin production subsidiary (Poly bd®, Wingtack® and Dymalink®). The transaction encompasses four production facilities in the United States, one production facility in Italy, and global customer relationships across diversified end markets. The three acquired product groups hold a significant position in the functional additives market. Poly bd® is used as a polyol for high-performance adhesives, sealants, and polyurethane in aerospace propellants. Wingtack® is a tackifying resin used in various applications including packaging, tapes and labels, elastomers, construction sealants, and coatings. Dymalink® is a cross-linking aid used in golf balls, transmission belts, and other applications. Source
