H.B. Fuller Launches New Biocompatible Adhesive
H.B. Fuller, one of the world's leading adhesive suppliers, announced the launch of Swift®melt 1515-I, its first biocompatible product developed for the IMEA region.
The product is designed for use in skin-adhesive microporous medical tape applications in the unique climate conditions of the Indian subcontinent, characterized by high temperatures and humidity.
Swift®melt 1515-I delivers effective high adhesion with high-temperature and shear resistance, ensuring safe and rapid bonding. The product provides effective performance, balanced adhesion and ease of removal, and has been rigorously tested for cytotoxicity and approved by ISO 10993-5. The adhesive shows no toxic properties for human cells and can be effectively used in medical applications in hospitals and home care settings.
