H.B. Fuller Acquires Sanglier Limited Business Industrial adhesives, coatings, sealants and specialty materials leader H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced the acquisition of the business of Sanglier Limited, one of Europe's largest independent manufacturers and fillers of sprayable (aerosol and can) industrial adhesives, based in the UK. The acquisition expands H.B. Fuller's product range in the UK and Europe, particularly in the Construction Adhesives and Engineering Adhesives sectors, and increases its innovation capacity. This complements technologies acquired from Apollo and Fourny, as well as spray capabilities developed in the United States. Boz Malik, Senior Vice President of H.B. The team of approximately 60 employees will operate within the existing Construction Adhesives Global Business Unit. Source
