Akkim Yapı Kimyasalları Export Champion Again This Year Akkim Yapı Kimyasalları received two major awards at the 2021 Stars of Export awards ceremony held by the Istanbul Chemical Substances and Products Exporters Association (İKMİB). The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Trade Rıza Tuna Turagay, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, as well as heads of exporter associations and sector representatives. As in previous years, Akkim Yapı Kimyasalları became Turkey's export champion in 2021 in the adhesives and sealants category as well as the paints and varnishes category based on export figures. Akkim thereby established itself as Turkey's largest exporter and sector leader in both categories.

Hazreti Akdemir, Chairman of the Board of Akkim Yapı Kimyasalları, received the championship awards from İsmail Gülle, President of Turkey's Exporters Council, and Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır. Receiving the awards on behalf of Akkim's employees and management, Chairman Hazreti Akdemir stated: "We are proud to be export champions in two different categories. Our products are currently preferred across seven continents, in over 100 countries, and in hundreds of thousands of applications. We are market leaders in some countries and among the top performers in others. We are rapidly advancing toward becoming Turkey's global brand in this field.
