Structure focusing on second generation in the distributor ecosystem
The Nextors platform developed by Saint-Gobain Building Chemicals was designed as a development and knowledge-sharing network for second-generation managers of business partners. The programme offers an ecosystem where distributor managers operating in different cities can share experiences, develop solutions to common problems and continue their professional development.
Participants are supported on topics such as leadership, sustainability and digital transformation through training programmes, seminars, digital content and interactive events.
Launch with the "Grand Meeting"
The Nextors programme was launched at the "Grand Meeting" event held in Bodrum and lasting three days. The event addressed topics including sustainability, artificial intelligence, next-generation economy and leadership.
Within the programme framework, experts in their respective fields met with participants and shared their knowledge and experience. Mirgün Cabas moderated the event, while names such as Sedat Bayrak, Mert Başaran, Serdar Kuzuloğlu, Yüce Zerey and Evrim Kuran served as speakers in the sessions.
"We are building the future together with our next-generation business partners"
Gökmen Ersoy, Deputy General Manager and Sales & Marketing Director at Weber Turkey, commented on the purpose of the Nextors project, drawing attention to the transformation process of the distributor ecosystem:
"We have a strong relationship of trust with our distributors spanning many years. Today, the second-generation managers taking over the management of these businesses are assuming an important responsibility to adapt to the changing business world and carry their companies into the future. With Nextors, we aimed to be by their side so they do not walk this process alone. We have created a structure that combines respect for the past with responsibility for the future."
Ersoy also stated that the programme aims to develop leadership skills of next-generation business partners and create a stronger business network in the sector.
Next-generation distributor management model in the sector
The Nextors programme stands out as one of the next-generation leadership models developed for distributor networks in the building chemicals sector. Through the programme, Saint-Gobain Building Chemicals aims to support the development of business partners not only in product and service processes but also in management, digital transformation and sustainability.
The company plans to expand the ecosystem created within Nextors in the coming period with new events and projects throughout Turkey.
