EPD certificates are qualified as important documents that transparently, openly and comparably present the environmental impacts arising throughout the life cycle of products, having undergone independent verification and registration processes.

Leading steps in environmental sustainability

Medcem Çimento Grubu had taken an important step in the sector by obtaining EPD certificates for CEM I 52.5 N Portland Cement and ASTM Type I/II Low Alkaline Portland Cement. Now it has successfully completed the EPD certification process for ASTM Type IL (10)/Low Alkali Portland Limestone Cement and CEM II/A-LL 52.5 N Portland Limestone Cement.
