TURÇIMENTO Academy, a platform through which TURÇIMENTO transfers approximately 70 years of accumulated knowledge as a pioneer in the sector's transformation, received the "Strategic Business Partner Award" at the Enocta Day event where 600 projects were evaluated.
Enocta Day, held on 26 September 2025 under the theme "Turn to the Future," brought together leading institutions from both public and private sectors, and as one of Turkey's largest human resources and information technology conferences, recognized best practices in educational technology.
TURÇIMENTO Academy, evaluated among more than 600 projects this year, received the "Strategic Business Partner" award for its work transforming sectoral knowledge into social benefit. The platform, serving a diverse range of participants with multifaceted services, was deemed worthy of this award. Zeynep Aygün Hazer, Section Head of the Training Department on behalf of TURÇIMENTO, accepted the award.
TURÇIMENTO Academy operates within the Turkey Cement Manufacturers Association (TURÇIMENTO). The Academy provides both online and in-person training ranging from newly hired employees to managers in the sector, while also incorporating current topics such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and green transformation in its programs. It conducts activities across a broad spectrum, from foreign language training to sectoral orientation programs, multi-stakeholder seminars to digital learning content.
The following statements were included in the statement made on behalf of TURÇIMENTO:
"When we established TURÇIMENTO Academy, our aim was to carry forward the accumulated knowledge of our sector to the future, strengthen our culture of widespread learning, and provide benefit to society. This award we received from Enocta, with whom we have maintained successful cooperation for years, is an indicator that we are on the right path and that we consider sectoral benefit while contributing to sector development. This success we achieved with the sector's first application is a shared pride that we share with all stakeholders using our academy. In 2024, TURÇIMENTO Academy organized 42 in-person training sessions totaling 487 hours. A total of 2,184 people participated in these training sessions and events. In online usage, we have reached 3,000 sector professionals with both technical training and foreign language practice.
TURÇIMENTO Academy will continue to add value to the sector and society by enriching training content with digital tools, developing new sustainability-focused programs, and increasing public-private sector cooperation in the coming period.
