Renewable Energy Conference to Begin on 9 June

Renewable Energy Conference Kicks Off 9 June IRENEC 2022, the 12th International 100% Renewable Energy Conference organized by the Renewable Energy Association of Turkey and EUROSOLAR Turkey and supported by numerous national and international organizations, will be held on 9-11 June.

Solutions Only Possible Through Government and Public Cooperation

Conference Chairman Prof. Dr. Tanay Sıdkı Uyar, stating that the transition of societies, countries and regions to 100% renewable energy can only be achieved with local, national and regional governments that are part of the solution, said: "The green solution in the energy sector is reaching the 100% renewable energy target through the integration of smart grids using the best available technologies, renewable energy storage systems and end-use energy efficiency. In order to plan future energy systems with future technologies in our global living space and prevent the shifting of old technologies from one market to another, decision-making models in the energy-economy-ecology field and the internalization of external costs are necessary." Renewable Energy Association (EUROSOLAR) Turkey Chairman, Beykent University Lecturer Prof. Dr. Tanay Sıdkı Uyar continued his remarks as follows: "In line with the association's vision, we organize the IRENEC International 100% Renewable Energy Conference every year to create an international platform where the technical, economic and political dimensions of the transition to 100% renewable energy and the ways to implement it in industry, architecture, transportation and education will be discussed."

Deadline 15 March

The conference will be organized under 4 main headings: Energy Integration, European Green Deal, Energy Transformation 2050, and Renewable Energy Technologies and Applications. The deadline for abstract submission has been announced as 15 March 2022.
