Visy Acquires Zenexus

Visy Acquires Zenexus Visy announced the acquisition of Zenexus, a supplier and distributor of transport boxes and storage containers for the private sector, major brand hardware and retail products. Zenexus is known as one of the largest suppliers to Bunnings. The transaction is expected to generate an additional USD 170 million in annual revenue for Visy. Visy Board Chair Anthony Pratt commented, "The acquisition will allow Visy to join our sister company Pratt Industries in the United States with a dedicated, retail-focused business unit called Visy Retail Services." Zenexus, owner of the FlexiStorage, RackIt and Wrap&Move brands, sells its products exclusively through Bunnings (Australia and New Zealand) and HomeBase (United Kingdom). These brands will continue to operate as they do and their products will continue to be sold through Bunnings and HomeBase. Source
