Global Clean Energy Summit Takes Place in Izmir The most comprehensive international event of the Best For Energy project, which is backed by Izmir Development Agency (İZKA) and Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSİA), will be held at Wyndham Grand Özdilek Hotel on 3-4 May. At the Best For Energy Summit, numerous senior company executives from Turkey and countries around the world, national and regional decision-makers, academics, start-ups, students, civil society organizations and cluster representatives will gather. Speaking ahead of the summit, Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSİA) Board Chair Alper Kalaycı underlined that the Best For Energy project, now entering its final year, has enabled hundreds of companies operating in Turkey's clean energy sector to create synergies.

Noting that in dozens of events held to date, companies have had opportunities to develop potential partnerships and investment prospects, and to communicate clean energy to the public with greater accuracy and scientific rigor, Kalaycı said, "The Best For Energy Summit will be a culmination of all these efforts. The Best For Energy Summit will feature three key events. Following an international conference where sector trends and partnership opportunities will be discussed, bilateral business meetings will take place to accelerate integration into the global supply chain. A rewarded project exhibition and competition where clean energy entrepreneurs will showcase their projects will also be on the summit's programme.
