Sepaş Enerji Launches New Corporate Development Project

Sepaş Enerji launches "Sepaş x Young Entrepreneurship" corporate development initiative. The project will evaluate innovative and creative ideas from within the organization annually and award prizes.

Sepaş Enerji, which provides electricity services to 4 million people across Turkey, announced the launch of a new corporate development project. The initiative, called "Sepaş x Young Entrepreneurship," will gather and evaluate the best ideas from within the organization each year. The project aims to create competitive differentiation in the sector by adding value to the brand and employees.  

Fresh Ideas for the Energy Sector

Sepaş x Young Entrepreneurship, which began with a webinar attended by company CEO Çağrı Poyraz the previous day, announced that project applications will be accepted in the first phase. Poyraz stated: "Ideas collected over 2 weeks will be reviewed by Sepaş Enerji managers next month. Following the evaluations, approved projects will receive 6 weeks of mentorship and awards. At the end of an approximately 4-month extended marathon, our company and the energy sector's business models will have been enhanced with new projects every year."   Source: DHA
