Emphasizing the importance of vocational high schools and stating that greater support should be provided to vocational schools in our country, Karadeniz said: "Our vocational high schools are very important for both our country and our industry. In the future, we need more vocational schools that will train qualified personnel for our industry. We must view vocational schools as a matter for our country. We should draw the interest of our young people toward industry, enable them to become qualified and skilled individuals in the future, and make investments in education accordingly. Let us never forget that investment in education is industry's greatest security. Business investments carry many risks. We must visit and inspect our schools and workshops in person

  Stressing that young people need to develop themselves through more practical education, PLASFED Chairman Ömer Karadeniz said: "The education our teachers provide to our young people is of course important, but the main point here is the adequacy of the schools and workshops where our young people receive education. We visit our schools and workshops. The excitement in the eyes of our young people gives us hope for the future, but for these hopes to flourish, we industrialists have much work to do. The most important of these is, as I mentioned earlier, to visit and inspect these educational institutions in person. To provide support in cases where there are shortcomings and deficiencies.
