One Rock Completes Acquisition of Constantia Flexibles
One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock) announced that one of its subsidiaries has successfully completed the acquisition of Constantia Flexibles (Constantia), a leading global packaging manufacturer, from Wendel, a European investment company, Maxburg Capital Partners and other shareholders.
Based in Vienna, Austria, Constantia is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer serving more than 4,000 customers worldwide in the pharmaceutical, food and consumer goods sectors. The company operates 28 facilities in 15 countries and employs more than 7,150 people globally.
