NewCo Plastics acquires Magenta

NewCo Plastics expands service portfolio through Magenta acquisition. NewCo Plastics, a leading supplier of custom plastic injection-molded parts founded by White Wolf Capital Group, has announced the acquisition of Magenta LLC and its affiliates Permian Plastics LLC and MM Plastics LLC. With the Magenta acquisition, the company has completed its third acquisition to date. Magenta and its affiliates provide diversified custom injection molding solutions to target market customers across numerous sectors including medical, personal care, food and beverage, biotechnology and chemicals.
