Nefab Group Acquires Polyfex

Nefab Group Acquires PolyFlex Nefab Group AB has acquired PolyFlex Products, Inc., a specialist in environmentally friendly returnable solutions, to further strengthen its global market position and commitment to resource savings in supply chains. Per Öhagen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nefab Group, commented on the acquisition: "This strategic acquisition allows us to further strengthen Nefab's market position in America and in the important lithium-ion battery (LiB) and e-mobility segments. Over the past few years, Nefab has acquired a number of leading companies in thermoforming and sustainable packaging solutions. PolyFlex specializes in engineered returnable and plastic solutions and has more than 20 years of experience supporting major industrial customers with packaging-related products.
