Kimpur Shares 2020 Sustainability Report

Kimpur, has drawn attention with its recent investments and steps taken in sustainability. The company released its 2020 sustainability report. Regarding the published report, Kimpur Marketing Manager Derya Esnaf and Business Development and Global Sustainability Director Murat Kuzkan shared their views. Derya Esnaf, noting that this is their first sustainability report, made statements regarding the report. Esnaf stated: "We published our first sustainability report with the aim of sharing our journey of value we have added to nature, life and business with our stakeholders. Prepared based on the principle of meeting our own needs without compromising the needs of future generations while ensuring the continuity of production and diversity. The purpose of this report, which covers the strategies, performance, targets and progress we developed in the environmental, social and economic areas in 2020, is to provide our stakeholders with an opportunity to evaluate the impacts arising from our activities and the steps we have taken in measuring, monitoring and improving their management." Esnaf said. Murat Kuzkan, Business Development and Global Sustainability Director, emphasized that the core components of the report are the environment, community and innovation values determined within the Sustainability Strategy developed by Kimpur in 2020. Kuzkan stated: "We conduct our operations in all geographies where we are active with the principle of compliance with laws and corporate ethical values and with the sense of social and environmental responsibility that we have instilled among all our employees. At the foundation of our sustainability understanding lies the goal of creating economic value by growing with our technology investments in polyurethane systems, as well as objectives to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders by ensuring continuous development of our talented human resources and responsibly using natural resources.
