GCA Holds Recycling Event

GCA Holds Recycling Event GCA, in collaboration with Kütahya Provincial Administration, the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urban Planning and Climate Change, and Kütahya Municipality, organized a booth at the 'World Environment Day Event' held at Kütahya Municipality premises to raise environmental awareness. Emphasizing that glass packaging is 100% recyclable, GCA distributed glass cups to visitors who brought glass packaging waste to the booth. Kütahya Governor Ali Çelik, Kütahya Municipality Mayor Prof. Dr. Alim Işık, and Provincial Director of Environment, Urban Planning and Climate Change İbrahim Çatladan participated in the event. GCA, founded in 2015, continues the knowledge and experience accumulated by Gürok Group over 25 years of tableware glass production into the glass packaging sector with an innovative approach. Since its inception, GCA has worked toward a sustainable future and continues its efforts to increase recycling awareness. GCA General Manager Dr. Abdullah Gayret stated: "Glass packaging, made from raw materials found entirely in nature, reusable and infinitely recyclable without quality loss, is the right choice for tomorrow. As humanity, we must build recycling awareness to leave a more sustainable world for future generations. As GCA, we target sustainable production and support recycling. In this context, on 5 June World Environment Day, we opened our booth and called on the people of Kütahya to bring glass waste for recycling, and in return gave away glass cups, making this meaningful day even more significant."
