Evantic Acquires Plastic Distributors and Fabricators Evantic, a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners, has acquired Plastic Distributors and Fabricators, LLC ("PDF") as part of its strategy to build a platform for advanced materials and engineered components. PDF is a manufacturer and fabricator of high-precision, difficult-to-process plastic components. The company specializes in prototyping and producing dimensionally complex parts with tight tolerances in demanding operating environments for caps, frames, housings, filters, separators, seals, rings, wheels and other structural components serving the life sciences, semiconductor, aerospace, defense and clean energy markets. PDF joins Evantic's existing portfolio of innovative suppliers including Altamira Material Solutions, Precision Fluorocarbon and Vertec Polymers, which deliver high-performance engineered solutions.
