Elatek Works with World's Leading Automotive Manufacturers

Elatek, a developer supplier working with world-leading automotive manufacturers, produces over 20 million fluid system components annually and has a rubber compound production capacity of 4,000 tonnes, exporting to more than 30 countries. Elatek, based in Bursa and in operation since 1965, designs and manufactures rubber hoses, plastic hoses and system components for the automotive supply industry. Yakup Değirmencioğlu, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of the company, described the company's success journey.

Değirmencioğlu stated that the company manufactures Engine Cooling Systems, Air Exhaust Systems, Air Intake Systems, DPF Systems, SCR Systems and Injection Molded Products, among others, and provided the following remarks on the subject:

"Over the past three years, we have developed new products for electric vehicles and continue to do so. In particular, we continue to be a developer supplier for cooling systems of electric motors and battery cooling systems. We already have solutions for hybrid, plug-in and BEV vehicles with numerous automotive manufacturer companies."

Exports to nearly 30 countries

Highlighting that they export to nearly 30 countries, Değirmencioğlu continued as follows: "While the majority of these are European countries, through our new projects we have begun exporting to the United States, Mexico and some Middle Eastern countries. Due to our product range and the sector we operate in, we are a company highly dependent on imports. Through our direct exports of nearly 50% and indirect exports through automotive manufacturers, we contribute significantly to the country's economy." Describing important references of Elatek, which collaborates with many leading automobile brands worldwide, Değirmencioğlu stated, "We work directly and indirectly with many major automotive brands such as VW Group companies (Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Lamborghini, MAN, Volkswagen), Stellantis Group, Renault, Ferrari, Tesla, Ford, Toyota, Mercedes, McLaren, Otokar, Isuzu."     Elatek is established in Bursa Alaşar Organized Industrial Zone. It primarily serves the automotive supply industry as a Tier 1 supplier.
