Doğuş Teknoloji Publishes 2025 Sustainability Report Under the Theme “The Age of Intelligence”
Doğuş Teknoloji has published its 2025 Sustainability Report. Addressing the development of artificial intelligence and digital infrastructures through the “Age of Intelligence” approach, the report focuses on environmental impacts as well as the topics of human capital, technology, trust and governance. The company's R&D expenditures reached TRY 558.4 million in 2025, while the ratio of female managers rose to 50 percent. Doğuş Teknoloji also met 27.1 percent of its electricity consumption from renewable sources.

Focus on Human Capital, Technology and Trust in Sustainability
At a time when artificial intelligence technologies are transforming business models and decision-making processes, Doğuş Teknoloji addresses sustainability not only in terms of technological capacity but also together with the responsibility of managing the economic, environmental and social impacts of that capacity.

In the company's 2025 Sustainability Report, energy and resource efficiency, data security, human and culture approach, operational resilience and R&D activities are evaluated within a holistic framework. Prepared under the theme of “The Age of Intelligence,” the report presents an approach aimed at developing technology together with the principles of human judgment, trust and responsibility.

27.1 Percent of Electricity Consumption Met from Solar Energy
Taking into account the increasing energy needs of digital infrastructures, Doğuş Teknoloji continues its efforts toward energy and resource efficiency. While solar energy is utilized at the company's data center, approximately 687 thousand kWh of electricity was used from solar panels in 2025. Thus, the share of solar energy in total electricity consumption rose to 27.1 percent, up from 20.1 percent in 2024.

The company also aims to reduce resource use across different sectors through its technology solutions. SOLARPULSE aims to provide AI-supported forecasting of production and consumption for facilities using solar energy, while FERIDE aims to enable more efficient management of water and resource use in agricultural activities. GreenCodex, on the other hand, focuses on identifying areas for efficiency by analyzing energy consumption arising from software and servers.

Ratio of Female Managers Reached 50 Percent
Diversity, employee experience and competency development also hold an important place in Doğuş Teknoloji's sustainability approach. The ratio of female employees at the company stood at 43.1 percent in 2025, while the ratio of female managers rose to 50 percent, up from 44.1 percent the previous year.

The employee satisfaction score also rose from 77.2 percent to 83.9 percent in the same period. Through its Entrance to the Future Program, which the company carries out to support young talents in gaining experience in the technology sector, it provided opportunities to 172 young people from 74 different universities.

R&D Expenditures Rose to TRY 558.4 Million
Continuing its investments to develop its technological competencies, Doğuş Teknoloji's R&D expenditures increased 2.4-fold in two years, reaching TRY 558.4 million in 2025. The company carried out 21 R&D and design projects throughout the year.

The Doğuş Teknoloji R&D Center holds seven registered patents since its establishment. Product development processes were also launched for the SustainFlow platform, which was developed as a result of work carried out by the company's Young Advisory Board in 2025 under the theme of sustainability.

Business Continuity Certified with ISO 22301
Doğuş Teknoloji also improved its operational resilience and business continuity processes. The business continuity processes covering data center operations and the Turkuaz application were certified with the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System Certificate.

The company reported that there was no verified complaint regarding customer privacy breaches or data loss in 2025. In order to further develop its governance approach toward secure and responsible technology use, the establishment of an Artificial Intelligence Ethics Committee is planned for 2026.

The committee is expected to establish a governance framework based on the principles of human oversight, transparency, fairness and accountability.
