Conner Industries Acquires Guardian Packaging

Conner Industries, a leading supplier of lumber, industrial wood crates and pallets, and integrated packaging solutions, announced its acquisition of Guardian Packaging Industries, LP, a foam-cutting specialist that combines wood, foam and corrugated components and is part of Conner Industries' Southwest Air Products department, which produces adhesive foam tapes for various applications. The new facility will supply leading manufacturing customers with industrial packaging and SPEC-compliant, non-metallic component products. The facility will utilize a wide range of materials including wood, foam, plastic and corrugated cardboard. Additionally, the facility will continue to serve as a specialty-cut foam supplier for military unmanned aerial vehicles. Registered with CCR and SAM and holding AS9100D and ISO9001 certifications, Guardian Packaging recycles 35 tons of material annually as part of its environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices.
