Valmet to Supply Two High-Speed Tissue Paper Production Lines to China
Valmet will supply two tissue paper production lines, along with related automation systems and services, to a customer in China. The paper production lines will produce uncoated woodfree grades, and start-up is scheduled from late 2026 to early 2027. Valmet has previously delivered numerous other technologies to the same customer, including complete paper and board production lines.

The paper production lines will produce uncoated woodfree grades, with commissioning scheduled for late 2026 through early 2027. Valmet had previously delivered multiple other technologies to the same customer, including complete paper and board production lines.
The orders have been included in Valmet's second quarter 2025 received orders. The value of the orders will not be disclosed.

Technical details of delivery
Valmet's delivery for both paper production lines will include stock preparation solutions and state-of-the-art high-speed fine paper production line from headbox to reel and winder. The deliveries will also include a comprehensive range of Valmet DNA automation solutions, paper machine clothing, spare parts and consumables packages.
