Thor Tinting

With the patented Thor developed by Alfa Dispensing, you can prepare 100 ml samples unlike conventional tinting machines. Designed with innovative technologies to reduce total costs, the intelligent unit is suitable for low and medium-throughput sales points. Ergonomic design; Thor Tinting is a device that works with conventional tinting systems, can tint from 100 cc samples to 20 l buckets, is expandable for color testers' production, and can do all this starting from an empty container and adding base to the base module in just 0.5 m² of space. Lower TCO; only high-quality intelligent units are developed and manufactured, designed to prevent downtime, increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) by facilitating equipment operation and maintenance. Dispensing technology; Alfa's patented pump dispenses all types of colorants including zero VOC, water and universal bases with absolute precision and repeatability. The innovative design of the leak-free piston eliminates calibration requirements and eliminates costs associated with maintaining or replacing mechanical seals. Thor Tinting is the only conventional dispensing unit with a modular design to add up to 5 semi-finished cycles to the Master Module*. This design allows you to develop the unit whenever you want to work with the Tinting and Master System*. *Master Module and Master System is a service provided by ALFA to reduce the bases used in a series to a single base. Thor Tinting is an intelligent unit equipped with a computer, electronic cards and sensors for all main components and provides two-way real-time remote communication. The dispenser can work with Alfa's proprietary software or your software.

The main obstacle preventing customers from purchasing paint online is low confidence in selecting color from a screen because there is no reliable and standard way to visualize it yet. Samples eliminate this barrier by allowing customers to test the color directly on their walls and then order the required quantity online using the color code printed on each can. Color Tester acts as a sales organizer and the produced samples are used as liquid color cards, allowing consumers to evaluate the paint in the environment where it will be used and providing confidence about the choice made.
