Tezmaksan Provides Robotic Automation Support to Manufacturers

Tezmaksan offers manufacturers production ease through RoboCam Plus, which has broad application potential in industrial and commercial areas.
RoboCAM Plus enables the effective and user-friendly programming of part-feeding operations and simplifies part-feeding to machines or different stations when integrated with the CubeBOX robotic automation system.
Developed by Tezmaksan based on the needs of industrial automation and enriching the options offered to customers with technologies that will adapt to manufacturing processes evolving with Industry 4.0, RoboCAM Plus removes complex feeding configurations from being problematic through its high capability. The software, designed to integrate with the CubeBOX robotic automation system, can be used in any area where robotic feeding is performed while rapidly and continuously updating according to customer feedback to stay aligned with the latest technology.
Designed for integration with the CubeBOX system
Serhat Volkan Yılmaz, General Manager of Tezmaksan Robot Technologies, noting that RoboCAM went through a highly functional development process, stated: "Building on the needs of industrial automation, we developed RoboCAM Plus with CubeBOX to enable effective and easy programming of part-feeding to machines or different stations. In doing so, we wanted to create a high-capability and user-friendly interface without requiring the operator to use the robot's controller. Normally, feeding configuration could also be done using the robot controller in the system. However, using the robot and its controller requires good training and expertise. With RoboCAM Plus, we have minimized this requirement. This software has broad application potential in industrial and commercial areas. Designed for integration with the CubeBOX system, RoboCAM Plus can be used in any area where robotic feeding is performed while being able to perform around the clock with high control capability the work that one or multiple machine operators would do. It can feed work pieces or work pieces mounted on fixtures or pallets to the machine, and after the processing phase, the parts can be stacked back into CubeBOX or placed on a conveyor."
Complex feeding configurations are no longer problematic
Yılmaz, emphasizing that configuring work flow in feeding cells is sometimes quite difficult but is overcome with RoboCAM Plus, stated the following about the software's advantages: "With RoboCAM Plus, our customers can create any feeding configuration. With a station-based program structure, programming is quite easy after the initial setup of the feeding cell. Among the standout features of RoboCAM are the ability to easily create complex feeding configurations, a station-based program structure, object-oriented software architecture, and secure use through user accounts. Additionally, features such as reading part positions from DXF files and allowing users to create their own matrices are noteworthy."
Continuously improving through feedback
Yılmaz, noting that customer feedback is taken into account during the RoboCAM Plus development process, stated: "We respond quickly to feedback we receive and continuously improve the software. In the future, we plan to convert RoboCAM's 3D modeling feature into a fully-equipped offline test engine and continue development of pallet pool and Cartesian robot processes. Born as software ready for Industry 4.0 and making significant contributions to the digital transformation process, RoboCAM Plus benefits greatly from having its design team entirely within our organization, and alongside this team, our sales and service team, which has been closely involved with the industry for years, places the software in a very advantageous position. In this direction, we will continue our investments in the R&D department and will continue to stay abreast of evolving technology to provide the sector with the most current solutions to its needs," he said.
