What Is Spreyman Polyurea?

Spreyman polyurea is a spray-applied, seamless waterproofing and surface coating product applied with dual-component, high-pressure heated spray equipment at a minimum raw material temperature of +75°C and minimum pressure of 150 bar. After Spreyman Polyurea application, it cures in a very short time of 5-15 seconds and forms a seamless waterproofing layer. This property enables high-volume application within short timeframes. In addition to high abrasion resistance, Spreyman polyurea possesses high mechanical and impact strength. With its elastomeric structure, it achieves elasticity as high as 400%, a property that enables the polyurea application to provide crack bridging and high performance at different ambient temperatures after application. The most fundamental characteristic of Spreyman polyurea coatings is the ability to open the application area to traffic/pedestrian use in a very short time.
