KİMPUR's Subscription Period Dates Postponed
On 16 December 2021, the Capital Markets Board (SPK) approved the initial public offering application of chemical industry company Kimteks Polyurethane Industry and Trade Inc. (KİMPUR). The demand collection period, set for 23-24 December 2021, was postponed following a written announcement by the company.
The announcement made by the company via KAP (Public Disclosure Platform) was as follows. "As Kimteks Polyurethane Industry and Trade Inc. (KİMPUR), our application for the initial public offering was approved by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) on 16 December 2021. Regarding the planned initial public offering of KİMPUR shares, the demand collection period set for 23–24 December 2021 has been decided to be postponed to a later date. This decision was made because, in light of market conditions that emerged before the start of the demand collection period, it is foreseen that the expected benefits from the public offering would not be achieved. The new demand collection dates to be determined will be announced separately."
