Kimpur Continues to Expand Its Product Range

Kimpur continues to expand its range of innovative and sustainable products through investments in Research and Development. Kimpur will launch KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants and KIMrelease R Series Next-Generation Mold Releases, which have been added to the KIMplus Auxiliary Materials product range and provide superior advantages when used together, at the (AYSAF) Footwear Components Fair, to be held at Istanbul Fair Centre on 16-19 November. The chemical company, which will present these new products alongside its latest polyurethane solutions at booth 205 in Hall 6, which it describes in the sector as the 'Perfect Pair', is counting down the days to meet with industry professionals. Kimpur manufactures polyurethane systems used in the footwear, automotive, furniture, insulation-construction and heating-cooling sectors. The company has added two innovative, high-performance new products to its KIMplus Auxiliary Materials product range. The company will introduce KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants and KIMrelease R Series Next-Generation Mold Releases, which are sustainable and provide superior advantages when used together, to industry professionals at the launch it will hold at AYSAF.

New product range delivering energy savings and cost advantages

Kimpur, Turkey's fully domestic polyurethane systems manufacturer, is bringing to market the KIMrelease R Series Next-Generation Mold Releases, which create a layer between mold surfaces to enable easy product separation from the mold and require no washing or perchloroethylene use during production, and KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants, used for coloring polyurethane systems. When this Perfect Pair is used together, it demonstrates significantly higher performance, eliminating washing procedures, associated solvent use, labor costs and energy expenses in customers' production. In addition to the cost advantage it provides, this prevents the harmful effects of the process on the environment and human health. KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants, with its plasticizer-free formulation, provide a matte surface appearance without migration to the surface or paint defects, while eliminating the color variation problems encountered with plasticizer-containing colorants. With KIMreactive Liquid Colorants, which are VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds)-free and environmentally friendly, it becomes easier to obtain polyurethane bases with significantly higher UV resistance, particularly through high usage rates of white colors. Suitable for high rates of use compared to conventional liquid colorants and reacting with isocyanate, they produce more vivid colors without any separation or defects. Kimpur's new innovative products can be easily adjusted through raw material working ratios and thus do not damage the polyurethane foam structure.  

AYSAF Footwear Components Fair will see the Kimpur effect!

Kimpur, which has held an R&D Centre Certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Technology since May 2017, will launch not only the two new innovative and sustainable products added to the KIMplus Auxiliary Materials product range at the Footwear Components Fair, but also another product that will make waves in the sector. Following successful R&D work by Kimpur, the KIMfoot Next-Generation PU System will make it possible to design one-piece slippers, which is the fashionable trend of recent years, using polyurethane material. In addition to KIMreactive MB Liquid Colorants, KIMrelease R Series Next-Generation Mold Releases and KIMfoot Next-Generation PU System, Kimpur will present at AYSAF low-density slipper systems, low-density sports shoe sole systems, fussbett systems, occupational safety shoe systems, boot systems and EVA from the KIMfoot footwear product group, along with many other products, to visitors and industry professionals.
