At the end of the term, foreign currency is physically delivered. We continue our efforts on financial products to facilitate our companies' operations." Ergun concluded his opening remarks with: "Kimpur conducted a successful public offering with sales totaling TRY 957 million. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this successful process, all company employees, the intermediary institution, and I wish good fortune to our capital markets. Welcome to Kimpur, to our exchange family.""We Will Continue as a Stronger Corporate Identity and Strong Brand"
Kimpur Board Chair Leon Mizrahi stated: "Following a very successful public offering process, today we are entering a new chapter in Kimpur's history filled with achievements. Since our foundation, our 100 percent domestically-owned brand's story will now continue as a stronger corporate identity and strong brand together with the public offering. I thank all our investors who showed interest in our shares and supported us during the demand collection process. I wish the public offering to be auspicious and prosperous for both Kimpur and our capital markets.""We Will Continue Taking Larger Steps Through the Public Offering Process"
Kimpur CEO Cavidan Karaca also made a statement. Karaca said: "As Kimpur, a 100 percent domestically-owned polyurethane systems manufacturer, we are a company that values innovation-focused, corporate governance, and produces extraordinary solutions through our R&D center. With our competitive-advantage technologies, innovations, and strategies, we increased our production capacity by 98 percent over the last five years, raising it from 65,000 to 129,000 tons. During the same period, while increasing employment by 140 percent, our sales volume (in tons) grew by 208 percent and exports increased by 470 percent. Through the Facility-Wide Energy Savings project, which was part of our Lean Six Sigma projects launched as of 2020, we achieved energy savings approaching 12 percent annually. In line with customer expectations, through low thermal conductivity products addressed in our R&D Center, we contributed to increasing our customers' sales volumes while enabling end users to use energy more efficiently and economically. With our investments, we took important steps toward strengthening our presence in Turkey and Europe. Through this successful public offering process, we will continue taking larger steps. I wish the public offering to be auspicious and fortunate for both Kimpur and our capital markets.""We Take Pride in Successfully Completing Kimpur's Public Offering With Broad Participation"
