Kimpur Signs Strategic Partnership with Kobe Polyurethane

Kimpur has made an important strategic investment in line with its growth strategies, establishing an 80 percent affiliated partnership structure with Kobe Polyurethane. With this cooperation, Kimpur aims to expand its product portfolio with next-generation and niche product groups.

Kobe Polyurethane, which has over 10 years of production experience, has an annual sales potential of 10,000 tonnes. The company stands out with product groups developed particularly for special application areas, with approximately 55 percent of its product portfolio consisting of segments not currently present in Kimpur's existing product range. Through this strategic investment, Kimpur aims to continue its growth in new areas that will complement its existing product portfolio.

Export Strength and Operational Synergy
Kobe Polyurethane has a strong international customer network with a 40 percent export rate, primarily serving Europe and CIS countries. Following the investment, the company will continue its operations under its existing brand structure. Product groups will be manufactured at Kimpur facilities using Kimpur's production infrastructure, operational strength and R&D capabilities.

Within the scope of the cooperation, significant synergy is targeted in the areas of production, procurement and R&D. The plan is to increase operational efficiency through shared production infrastructure and economies of scale, establish a stronger structure in export markets, and support sustainable growth.

Management Strength and Technical Expertise to be Preserved
Within the scope of the strategic partnership, the preservation of Kobe Polyurethane's existing management structure and technical expertise is targeted, while the company's founder and CEO Nisso Behar will continue his role as Managing Partner and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
