Kimpur has developed KIMrigid® Sandwich Panel Systems for polyurethane foam production that enable the achievement of safe and sustainable structures in buildings with high fire resistance and excellent thermal insulation properties. Through its system, also called Green PIR, Kimpur provides customers with the ability to produce different panel types quickly and efficiently; the company presented its eco-friendly, halogen-free, bio-based Sandwich Panel system to the appreciation of visitors and industry professionals at its launch conference in Dubai.

In the PIR system we have designed, we used a minimum of 20 percent bio-based materials. The entire product is halogen-free and has significantly lower emissions compared to conventional systems," he said. Kimpur, which has held R&D Center certification from the Ministry of Industry and Technology since May 2017, will continue to produce sustainable and high-value-added products with 27 R&D staff specialists in its sector.
