Kimpur Receives Investment-Grade Rating

Credit Rating Agency JCR Eurasia Assigns Investment Grade Rating to Kimpur Rating agency JCR Eurasia Derecelendirme A.Ş. has assigned Kimteks Poliüretan Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Kimpur), a chemical industry company, a long-term national credit rating of "AA-" (Trk) and a short-term national credit rating of "A-1+" (Trk). Rating agency JCR Eurasia Derecelendirme A.Ş. has announced its evaluation rating for Kimpur. Based on JCR's report, Kimpur has been placed in the "highly investment-grade" category with a long-term national credit rating of "AA-" and a stable outlook. Kimpur's long-term international credit rating in foreign and local currency was confirmed at "BB", while its short-term international credit rating in foreign and local currency was assigned "B". With accumulated knowledge, strong R&D capabilities, high capacity, solid market position and export strength, Kimpur continues to maintain its competitive advantage in the market by offering customised solutions to its customers. Through productivity improvement initiatives, Kimpur raised its total production capacity to 129,000 tonnes in 2021. According to JCR Eurasia's assessment, in line with rising sales volumes, the company is expected to grow further with increases in sales revenue and profitability during the analysed period and capacity expansion investment plans.
