Hennecke Launches New Mixing Head and Injector Portfolio
Three new mixing heads and a further optimized product range in injector technology provide Hennecke customers with the most suitable solutions for every application area. At this year's Putech Eurasia, the polyurethane specialist from Rheinland, Germany, is drawing attention to the new and intelligent MT-A mixing head series.
For almost every PU application, experts will help manufacturers find the right solution for every product idea that comes to mind—and those that don't.
The launch of the MT-A series in 2020 reinforced Hennecke's leading position in the high-pressure mixing head sector once again. The new-generation efficient mixer head with dual-axis angled injectors bears traces of the successful MT series' reliable design, but this time uses further improved materials and premium surface coatings that provide high durability even under demanding production conditions and when using challenging chemicals.
Smart sensor technology has been introduced as a prerequisite for Industry 4.0 applications.
Since its initial release, the MT-A series has been continuously developed and is gradually replacing MT model heads in all standard applications. The MT-A is included in Hennecke's standard delivery program for Topline HK, Microline and Highline casting machines.
Because the MT-A mixing heads are largely compatible with previous models, users can benefit from the numerous advantages offered by the intelligent mixing head in their production without any additional modifications.
Meanwhile, the well-designed MT series continues to be used for very low flow rates as well as extremely high flow rates and a range of special applications. Another new addition to the Hennecke mixing head portfolio is the MT-E series, developed specifically for Hennecke Ecoplus casting machines.
The MT-E mixing heads offer an excellent balance between the high-performance design features of the MT-A series and simple, functional operability. The casting process is controlled directly at the mixing head using an intuitive and robust control panel. The suspension of the mixing head is always balanced, whether mounted horizontally or vertically.
Our injector technology has also undergone a series of improvements that now meet the requirements of modern polyurethane systems in terms of casting precision, mix quality and component service life, and is superior to ever before.
The new terminology provides greater clarity within different product groups at first glance. This includes, for example, Fixjet injectors for largely manual, two-component applications and Flexjet constant-pressure injectors.
Flexjet has a spring-loaded version (SL) and a gas-charged version (GL). Flexjet GL Single is specifically designed for automatic two-component applications, while Flexjet GL has additional hydraulic activation and handles technically demanding tasks for multi-component applications with ease.
