Flokser Kimya Introduces Broad Insulation Product Range to Construction Sector

Flokser Kimya offers superior polyurethane foam insulation spray and polyurethane coating product groups that provide high thermal insulation and waterproofing for building areas such as walls, roofs and floors. Flokser Kimya, Turkey's first company with a ministry-approved private polyurethane R&D centre, provides insulation solutions with polyurethane foam insulation spray and polyurethane coating product groups for insulation applications. Flokser Kimya products, which have CE certification, provide superior thermal, water and sound insulation for buildings and excellent protection against external influences. These products feature a dual-component system of polyol and isocyanate and are applied using spray equipment.

High Thermal Insulation with Thinner Layer Application

PU rigid foams are used as high-performance insulation materials for areas such as walls, roofs and floors. They provide high thermal insulation with thinner layer application compared to other insulation materials used in buildings. With open and closed-cell products in the 18-55 density range in Flokser Kimya's product range, larger areas can be insulated during application with less material as needed; more resistant coatings can be achieved by selecting denser material, or higher insulation coefficients can be reached with appropriate product selection. Additionally, PIR (polyisocyanurate) spray foam, a special product with enhanced fire resistance developed through Flokser Kimya's R&D work, has a smooth surface, superior thermal resistance and dimensional stability, while also providing ease of use to applicators with a 1:1 volume ratio like PUR spray products.

Pure and hybrid polyurethane materials that provide waterproofing in roof and floor coatings with fast and easy application stand out with their excellent physical properties. These products, which have high strength, flexibility and tear resistance, attract attention as superior coating materials. Polyurethane materials with at least 500% elongation become resistant to impact, UV rays, abrasion and chemicals; environmentally friendly polyurethane systems contain no solvents or volatile organic compounds.
