BETA Kimya A.Ş. continues to expand its product range under its generic brand APEL. The new APEL PF380 PU Foam is fire-resistant with self-extinguishing properties during combustion, providing extra safety in critical areas such as doors, windows and emergency exits across all living spaces from schools to hospitals. The fire-resistant B2 class polyurethane foam APEL PF380 also enables use in all filling, assembly and insulation applications. The new fire-resistant PU Foam APEL PF380 has a wide range of applications from door and window frames to gap filling and insulation. APEL PF380 is a single-component polyurethane foam certified as E class non-flammable according to TSE 13501 standards and meeting B2 class requirements per DIN EN 4102 standards. With its fire-resistant formula, it brings confidence to all living spaces. APEL PF380 can be used in the installation of doors, windows and emergency exit doors in service buildings such as hotels, hospitals, schools and campuses, and is capable of self-extinguishing in the event of a fire. APEL PF380 Fire-Resistant PU Foam can be used for securing all joinery from doors to window frames, filling gaps, insulating electrical installations and hot and cold water pipes, and sealing voids, holes and cracks. Acting as an extra shield against fire, APEL PF380 is resistant to all weather conditions and is unaffected even by seawater, and shows no adverse effects when exposed to steam and moisture. APEL PF380 Fire-Resistant PU Foam provides rapid curing between 2-4 hours in all application areas, and by allowing sanding and filing operations, it offers a form that is both rigid and paintable. APEL PF380 Fire-Resistant PU Foam provides flawless adhesion to many building materials and contains no harmful gases.
