TotalEnergies to Produce Lubricating Oil in Menemen

TotalEnergies Mineral Oil Production in Menemen TotalEnergies Turkey Marketing, which has been active in the mineral oil sector in Turkey for over 30 years, continues to strengthen its position in the sector through strong business partnerships. The company signed a new three-year contract with Putzmeister Turkey, with which it has been collaborating since 2015. Under the new contract, the original oils for SANY construction machinery that Putzmeister Makine will offer for sale in Turkey will also be produced by TotalEnergies Turkey Marketing in Izmir Menemen. TotalEnergies Turkey General Manager Emre Şanda commented on the new partnership that began in March 2023: "Our business partnership with Putzmeister Turkey continues to grow. As TotalEnergies, we have been producing SANY Original Oils in the global arena for many years. With our new agreement with Putzmeister Turkey, we have extended our cooperation to Turkey as well. We will produce SANY Original Oils for SANY construction machinery at our factory in Izmir Menemen, creating added value in our country. We believe we will continue our business partnership with Putzmeister and SANY, both world-leading manufacturers, for many more years," he said. Putzmeister Turkey General Manager Ali Rıza Bilgiç wished the new partnership to be beneficial for both parties. On the matter, Bilgiç stated: "We are pleased to extend our eight-year business partnership with TotalEnergies, with whom we have been very satisfied in terms of both product quality and service standards, for another three years. In Turkey, in addition to our Putzmeister branded products, we offer products from SANY Group including tracked excavators, road machinery, telehandlers and mining equipment to the market. From now on, these products will come with SANY-branded mineral oils produced by TotalEnergies," he said.

Putzmeister, headquartered in Germany, was acquired in 2012 by SANY Group, one of the world's largest construction machinery manufacturers. Putzmeister Turkey has been producing for the Turkish and global markets at its factory in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ since 2006. TotalEnergies Turkey Marketing has been meeting all of Putzmeister Turkey's mineral oil needs since 2015. SANY-branded original engine oils, transmission oils and hydraulic oils that Putzmeister Makine will offer for sale in Turkey will also be produced by TotalEnergies.
