Petrol Ofisi's Mineral Oil Exports Growing According to data from the Petroleum Industry Association (PETDER), Turkey's mineral oil and chemicals market grew by 4.4 percent in 2022. According to PETDER data, Turkey's mineral oil and chemicals market grew by 4.4 percent in 2022, reaching sales of 401,439 tonnes. According to the statement made, Petrol Ofisi Group sustained its consistent growth in the past year and, with a market share exceeding 29 percent, became one of the leaders in the total mineral oil and chemicals market. The Group's market share in mineral oil alone was 28.3 percent, while its market share in chemicals alone was 37 percent. According to PETDER data, the total domestic sales volume achieved by Petrol Ofisi Group in these products in 2022 was 117,000 tonnes. In addition to the domestic market, the Group strengthened its sales in the global market and increased its mineral oil exports to 33 countries across 4 continents to above 16,000 tonnes. Standing out in the mineral oil sector with advanced technology, high production and storage capacity, the Group serves all sectors with its mineral oil refinery in Derince, Kocaeli, which has an annual production capacity of approximately 140,000 tonnes and storage capacity of 66,000 tonnes, and more than 400 products in its rich product range. The Petrol Ofisi Technology Center (POTEM), one of the most advanced centers in its field located at the facility, carries out an average of 150,000 tests per year.
