Zorlu Enerji's Test Laboratory Receives Accreditation

Zorlu Enerji Calibration Centre's test laboratory in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone receives accreditation approval from TÜRKAK. Zorlu Enerji's Calibration Centre, established in the Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone and providing services in the renewable energy sector, had its test laboratory competence examined by TÜRKAK. The laboratory was assessed according to various parameters and found to be competent, receiving accreditation approval from TÜRKAK for its test laboratory.

TÜRKAK has granted accreditation approval to Zorlu Enerji Calibration Centre's test laboratory. According to the statement, the Calibration Centre, which was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology as a Gas Meter Repair and Calibration Station, demonstrated competence as an important centre in eastern Turkey in accordance with TÜRKAK's TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard. By proving the validity of its test results not only at the national level but also at the international level, the Calibration Centre has demonstrated that it holds a higher rank in the classification of test laboratories.

Determined to be Equivalent to Laboratories with International Standards

With the accreditation received from TÜRKAK, the Calibration Centre has been determined to be equivalent to laboratories meeting international standards, having demonstrated that it uses scientifically and universally recognized test methods on national and international platforms, and having proven its reliability in terms of measurement traceability. The Calibration Centre, which has undergone inspection regarding principles such as confidentiality, impartiality and independence that are provisions of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard, and which has demonstrated adoption of a comprehensive quality policy, also showed that it delivered accurate and precise results in interlaboratory comparison tests conducted by TÜBİTAK UME (National Metrology Institute) during the accreditation process.
